Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vesper.yachts and any booking you make with Vesper(“Vesper”, “we”, “us”), a TÜRSAB-licensed travel agency (licence A Group #14316) based in Istanbul, Türkiye, operating Bosphorus sunset cruises. By enquiring with or booking us, you agree to these terms.

Enquiries & quotes

This website does not take payment online. You enquire through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, and we confirm availability, the package and the price directly with you. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the date, package and price with you and you have completed any deposit or payment we request.

Prices & what’s included

Shared sunset sails start at €30 per person and private sunset yacht charters start at €200 for the whole boat, by quote. Prices shown on the site are indicative, in Euro, and the final price for your date and package is the one we confirm to you in writing. Unless stated otherwise, your sail includes a live guide, drinks and snacks; optional extras (for example a wine package, flowers, cake or a photographer) are quoted separately.

Boarding & timing

The shared sail boards at Karaköy ferry pier and departs at 19:00; flexible pickup from other Istanbul piers can be arranged on request. Departure times follow the real sunset and may shift with the season. Please arrive in good time — we cannot delay departure or refund late arrivals or no-shows.

Changes, cancellation & weather

• If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible; any deposit or refund terms will be those we agreed with you at the time of booking.
• Safety comes first. If weather or sea conditions make sailing unsafe, we may reschedule your cruise to another suitable date or, where that is not possible, offer a refund of amounts paid for the sail.
• We may, in rare cases, adjust the route, vessel or timing for operational or safety reasons while keeping the experience as close as possible to what was booked.

Conduct & safety on board

Guests must follow the crew’s instructions at all times. We may refuse boarding or end a sail, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful or that endangers or disturbs others. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout.

Liability

We provide our cruises with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vesper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
